sounds like his symptoms came back for whatever reason..
Maybe he had to stop his ART sessions or had no follow up/maintenance visits.

Good find. Going through that site some more, it looks like he's in NJ, so at least for me, the ART recommendation would be moot.

Regarding his problems coming back, if he does have fibro, well that's a different beast that I know nothing about.

If I try the ART, I'll let everyone know how it goes.

you can get a handson physical therapist..its all very samey, i would go for that

I would agree, if you get a good PT who is very hands on and doesn't pass you off to a PT aide, then you'll get the same results as an ART provider. I've had ART and it does feel pretty good (although I have a very high pain tolerance).
