red glossy eyes, could it be from TIC?

Hi, my daughter recently had an outbreak of her tics. Since she came down with strep/sickness a couple of weeks ago. I have been noticing that her eyes in the evening time are very red, and glossy like watery but not teary, could this be from her eye ticking all day?
