I have just started a self-made regime of vitamin, mineral and herb supplements, but I have no idea what I'm doing right and what I'm doing wrong.
I know that so far, I've taken B complex which I don't need because I'm experiencing bright green urine and a prickly sensation on my skin (symptoms of excess vitamin B). I have been on it just a couple of days and have taken so far inositol, B complex+B12, B6, dolomite (calcium and magnesium), St. John's wort and Gingko biloba (for minor ADD-type traits). It's cost about £35 for the current supply O_o and some money was obviously wasted on the B complex But anyway, I've heard from a number of sources that BonnieTech 'ts-PLUS control' has been successful and I would like to give it a go. Has anyone had any experience with BonnieTech products? Also, do you know how much the cost and if the ship to the UK? Any advice on anything to do with this is greatly appreciated. Thanks
