Although this sounds like a good idea, I may have even mentioned something like it in the past, a personal response is still valuable. Like the recent post that ended with "Nobody understand what we go through."

When they see someone dedicate their time and post a specific reply to them, they often FINALLY get the sense that someone is listening.

This has great value.

So, I think we need to blend the two systems. Continue to post responses but also point them to 'sticky's and other links, like www.tbiguide.com.

I think we do need to try to not overwhelm them with all of the latest articles or treatments. Most are just trying to understand how to get through today.

Helping them understand their symptoms or test results or 'non'-diagnosis is a great service to many. The lurkers also benefit. We might want to encourage them to use the "Thanks for this" reply so we can see that they got the response.

I need to remember the THANKS button myself.
