Default Message to the moderators

It seems that at least once a week, someone comes on here asking for advice. Myself, Mark, Vinnie, Drsmom (sp?) and others are always more than willing to offer them advice. However, it seems that we offer the same advice every time to these people. Instead of having to type these recommendations in every time, is there anyway we can get a page set up on neurotalk that has these recommendations listed so we can just refer people to this list?
Maybe a disclaimer can be inserted that states these are just opinions of the members and don't necessarily reflect the opinions of the moderators, or something similar so that nuerotalk can be released from liability?

Just a thought...
