My post TBI life was complete hell - until I got hooked up with a great neuro-psychologist. It was hard hearing just how much damaged I'd sustained. However, understanding my injury was the first step in accepting and addressing it for me and my family. Before that, I just thought I was going nuts.

My attention improved a lot after cognitive therapy. I have hope that my behavior modification therapy will help me deal with issues caused by my frontal lobe damage. NEVER GIVE UP!

I'm glad it was a positive experience for you, too.

Cheers
