I keep seeing references to oxygen and PCS. Therapies, getting enough excercise to improve oxygen flow, etc. Do people with PCS/mTBI need more oxygen, or do we just need to make sure we get enough?
Just wondering, since I live at 7000 ft elevation and technically, it's an oxygen depleted environment. No doctor has mentioned anything about the elevation prolonging recovery (like I've heard them do for heart patients). Any thoughts? |
