Default new dr put me on NO stimuli for a few days...week -- results

ok...so after a the first day recovering from the long visit to his office and home -- (neurologist -headache specialist in ny) ... I was put on total rest...I did that to the best I could taking care of 2 boys. I never left the house from Thur thur Sun. All that did was show me that I have no headache if I sit with no music, etc on the couch or deck. Sun afternoon my parents came over for a visit...after they left -- symptoms started...and I watched 20 mins of tv. I'm back in worse shape today.

I can't take the isolation. I have a visit with a therapist tomorrow. I can't leave this house without a slamming headache and suffering for 2 days.

what's going on here...I can't even be around people. I know the anxiety is high, but it wouldn't be there if the symptoms weren't there!!
