Default Noise Problems??

Its been one month now enduring PCS, still i find myself whispering to everyone around me, noise has become a real problem, as well sudden movements seem to make me worse ,,,,, anyone Else ????????

noise...yes...dog barking...yup! Every sound seems too loud to me .."sound sensitivity". But this seems to be getting better and mainly a problem when my symptoms are at the highest

Yes! It has gradually improved over time but I still need to wear earplugs when I'm in loud or busy places. I can sit at dinner with my kids and not cringe when I hear utensils touch plates and I can carry on normal volume conversations. Little things but huge quality of life issues. I'm at ~20 month post injury.
