I was rear-ended 3 weeks ago and got a concussion, whiplash and a few other injuries. When I lay down my bed spins. (no I have not been drinking) but it is that same feeling I had 30 years ago after a party in college. My doc says it is normal and will pass, but I have not seen anyone else mention it.
I had bed spinning as well as feeling like the bed was "floating on water" (like a flimsy raft in the ocean waves)...over time it settled down, but 1 1/2 years later in does come back when the migraines come
