Default Been having dreams - Concussion related?

Hello all

After hitting my head or body in a snowmobile accident almst 2 years ago and being put on Clonazpam for ANXIETY. I have been experiencing really weird dreams, nightmares and reliving type theme while sleeping, I have been off the clonazepam for over 16 mothns now, but every night towards the tail end of my sleep I begin to beocme really aware of my dreams and eventually wake up right out of it, at this time I feel anxious, almost like I have a flu like shaking sensation in my body, kind of like a chill but I'm not cold.

Is this medication related or possibly from being hit in the head, its like I have post traumatic stress?

Thank you
