Default Juicing/Detox

I just bought a juicer and on Monday I want to start a two week juicing plan. The goal is to detoxify my body and flush out harmful critters that may be harming my recovery.

I watched the movie, fat, sick and nearly dead and the guy who did the movie suffered from Uticaria and he was able to rid himself of his medications. They also had a lady who suffered severe migranes and since she started her headaches have gone away.

I'm thinking if I can do this perhaps it can lesson the amount of headaches. I'm not sure.

Has anyone else tried this method? If so input would be appreciated.

It's going to be hard I will say because being depressed I have turned to food. I guess there are worse things to turn to..lol

I'm a little nervous about how my head will do. I cant see pumping my body full if vitamins can be a bad thing..right????
