Seems odd the neuros are prescribing so much.

Pamelarae, did you increase your activity and stress load after feeling better from the 25mgs? The head aches may be brought on by an increase in activity and stress load. The concussed brain needs rest and low stress until it gets the intracranial pressure mechanism working correctly.
Hi Mark, Thanks for the info. My stress is always high as I am a single Mom! So, perhaps I need to try to take it a bit more easy and rest more. I am still working and picking up kids, helping with homework, making dinner, etc. (you get the picture!) I have tried the 50 mg and not sure, but I think it is making the dizziness worse. I just don't know anymore! I will try not to dwell on my symptoms so much.
