Very well put. When I attempt things that "strain" me mentally, such as long conversations or problem solving; I definitely feel the strain in increased headache followed by other increased symptoms (confusion, fogginess, etc.). My physical workouts (and I'm not really pushing it) do not effect my symptoms as much and usually not until several hours later. wdl |

I feel like i have bed sores! I have gained a lot of weight not doing anything since Dec 22, so at least i'm lifting that
![]() Seriously, i am not enjoying not doing anything, but am hopeful it wont be forever. I can no longer walk to work even, I tried a few times and was debilitated for a few days afterwards...I am only taking short walks daily. I just went back to one job this Sat after 3 months off as it involves some lifting (ie taking dishes out of a sterilizer and putting new loads in). After doing that a few times and kicking a soccer ball with a kid (not running and playing hard at all) I started getting symptoms, and still have them, very mildly, 2 days later. I really appreciated all the notes about taking it slow - it is 100% true. I am wondering if there is anything i can do - like some yoga stretches? I know it's personal limitations as each PCS is unique, but does anyone have any exercise they are able to do? |
