This may be a really stupid question but I have noticed during my" cycle" my pcs symptoms are worse is this noticed by anyone else? Its a little frustrating because ive had a great week but the last couple days are horrible for me. I did start a.new job this week too but it is a quiet office environment as opposed to starbucks, so im sure the new stuff for my brain to learn as a clerk of courts is actually good brain exercise (although tiring!)
Guess it ended up being rambling more than a question lol. |

When progesterone is low or at zero, the brain is less protected. Progesterone is a neuro-protectant.
