I have the same weird dizziness. This is my symtoms:
  • Slanted Vision - this is constant, the only time it goes away is when I'm in a bus or car and I can feel it as well, like one foot is height up than the other when I put one foot infront of the other
  • Unawarness of my height
  • Unawarness of the size of objects
  • Lighthead type dizziness
  • Feeling of deafness in right ear
  • Sensive hearing

What I don't have:
  • Vetigo
  • Tiness
  • Naursea
  • Voimting

My feeling of deafness started when I was in the car listening to the radio. My slanted vision/sensation started when I was walking up outdoor stairs.

All medical test I have had have came back "normal", expect VEMP which I have yet to get results for and every doctor I have seen has said "I've never seen anything like this before".
