About 6 years ago I suffered a head injury that knocked me unconcious since then I had experienced a severe headache while running as well as vision problems. After my last head injury in August I was informed by my neurologist that I couldn't play compettitve sports and that I shouldn't run anymore. He told me that when I run the bouncing and shaking can cause me to have a minor concussion especially if I go too hard too fast. Since august I have not ran it kills me not too but I can't risk anything right now.

Last recorded in August 2011 during a soccer practice while doing a heading drill. No longer allowed to play soccer or any other competitve sport because the risk of another concussion is too great. Also suffering from Fibromyalgia, diagnosed in 2006 chronic pain, fatigue, irritability. |
