Mate of mine is 4 months in his pcs. He is still suffering from low scale headeches, neck pain and anxity.
Yesterday he started doing some light exercise in his garage. He said he is going to be hitting his punching bag for 15mins every day. Is there any chance he can get another concussion or aggravate his symptoms by hitting punching bag. Cause of the strike force when you hit bag. I'm just bit worried and wanna tell him the right answere. Thanks |
