Your frustration is understandable, but you should be glad you are getting those tests. Many of us struggle just to be tested; there are a lot of jerks in the neurology department these days. Hang in there, take your short term, you will probably need the time to rest and heal.

You are absolutely right, I had a long wait before I got to actually see a neurologist so I am glad she is through. I appreciate the encouragement a lot. ![]() |

IT Guy,
Don't try to rush to a settlement. The longer you can wait, the better you will understand your long term condition. The EEG with sleep is common but the scheduler will usually tell you to stay up the night before. I stayed up all night and when it was time for me to try to sleep, a workman was pounding in the room next door. I could not get the EEG repeated which was too bad because my body jerks just as I start to fall asleep. Have you or your attorney looked at the information on www.subtlebraininjury.com ? It is very good. My best to you.

I think part of my problem was that I did not have my cpap when I took the test as I do sleep with one and also it was not my bed. I am one of those people sleep well anywhere but my bed. I appreciate everyone's help and advice thanks again. |
