Glad to hear the yoke is lifting. I wish I could have even one day of normal. Sounds like you are making progress to me.
I'm sure you are sick of hearing it but be patient! Better to be patient and little out of shape than to be in shape and symptomatic. |

For PCS the best thing is nothing. Let your brain heal, sometimes waiting is the hardest thing but neccesary. Take it slow and easy, pay attention to your body do not over do it.

It sounds to me like you're not ready for that kind of exercise yet, perhaps with the exception of short walks. If you start exercising to soon, you can really make your injury worse. It's far more important to give yourself as much rest as you can, and to only build exercise back in VERY gradually. I think weights and the exercise bike would be a bad idea at this point, but you could start taking some short walks and see how you feel. If your symptoms feel even slightly worse afterward, then you're not ready for exercise yet.

Thanks guys. On Monday I'm going to be a car salesmen I quit security fearing I'll get into a fight etc . I have a family of 5 depending on me so I'm going back to work I feel 80% but my family needs to eat so do I gotta work . This was a horrible experience and almost gave up but I'll still be carefull and take it easy

I am sorry to hear that your symptoms are returning with the increase in work. I wish I had some advice, but I am so glad you are a car salesman now instead of security!
It is hard changing your chosen profession though to something completely different! I hope that you continue to rest when you are off work and that slowly the symptoms go away. Just wanted to know I'm rooting for ya. ![]()
