Default scared and confused

Hello

I received a concussion at the beginning of June, I still get persistently bad headaches, get feelings of nausea/dizziness, confusion, feeling 'spaced out' and struggle to find words when forming sentences or even just having a conversation. I went to the doctor yesterday and she is referring me for a scan.

Has anyone else been in a similar situation?
