Default update on my situation

Long story short, I was concussed 3 months ago. I still get bad symptoms, mainly headaches, dizziness, memory impairment, hearing difficulties, I struggle to make conversation and my vision blurs quite a lot. I had my CT scan this week, no fractures or bleeding. I am going to be referred to a neurologist. Could anyone enlighten me on what sort of treatment they can offer?
