Default Wanted to say hello new member

Hi all, I just wanted to say hello and that I'm in the recovery process of "pcs" and will be learning as much as I can from all of your experiences. I'm going to start with vitamins rest.
My concussion happened on aug 26th of 2012. It was only a mild concussion. I didn't blackout and I remember what happened. Was feeling better in about 5 days until 2 1/2 weeks went buy I started to get the headaches and groggy feeling. Anyways it's been about 6 weeks and I'm very intrigued to read all of this info. So glad that I found this website, thanks google. And thank all of you who shared your wisdom and your stories.

Bdubbs,

Welcome to NeuroTalk. Your delayed symptoms are not uncommon. It is often a result of the brain finally hitting a level of fatigue where it just gives up the fight. Quiet rest will be you best therapy. The nutrition should be considered a long term solution and also a valuable life time regimen.

My best to you.
