Smile Smart phone pain/symptom tracker?

Hi all..I I have heard a couple times people reference keeping a journal to see what your trigger symptoms are. And yesterday my PT asked me to keep one so that she is able to see what is working and what isn't for me.

I have heard that there are pain/symptom apps for our smart phones and heard that they can sort the data for you, but not sure which one is a good one or if anyone had any input?

I figure since I use mine to remember everything anyway, it would be an easy option.
