Default Stuck in a dream!

Hi!
It's me again! Sorry for so much posting it's just that I'm really stressed out and can't understand the doctors. So, for some reason I'm still having PCS from heading a ball. It has been two moths since then. And my worst symptom has always been brain fog/feeling like in a dream which is not cool! I'm always really tired also. Are there any other methods besides restind
g to get rid of this horrible dream feeling. Everything is so unrealistic! Any tips?
Thanks!
