Default Has anyone here had expierence with the Epley Manuever?

I saw it can help with vertigo. ive had some vertigo, not too bad but enough were i notice it and its annoying during the day.

im doing the Epley Manuever to try see if i can get a hold of the vertigo. i suspect my fall gave me some left inner ear issues that seem to be holding me back

im trying to find home remedies before i go to a ENT ive spent a ton of money this year on doctors to only find out time is my only option. doctors literally have done nothing for me
