Default Hyperbaric Oxygen treatments?

I have one neurosurgeon encouraging me to try Hyperbaric Oxygen treatments — and others discouraging. Any wisdom among the forum members on this subject? Thank you.

HBO requires 60 to 80 treatments to notice a difference. It is best for the comatose patient early in their recovery. Use with PCS is very questionable. The cost of 60 to 80 treatments can become a problem at $100 to $180 or more per treatment. The HBO industry promotes the use for PCS but the data is weak.

Have you tried nutrition and quiet rest to help your brain recover? I have top posted my suggested regimen.

If you do indeed have the financial means/capability to afford HBO --- go for it.
