Hi, I recently just bought B12(1000 mcg) in liquid form. How often should I take it?

Default Hi, I recently just bought B12(1000 mcg) in liquid form. How often should I take it?
Once a day, Once a week. I had my concussion 1 year ago. My smell hasnīt come back and Iīm helping this b12 will be able to help my brain recover whatever is still repairing.
