Confused just found out I had a concussion about 28 yrs ago

Hello,
I always knew that I have something not funtioning correctly.

From my chilhood I have a small amount of memmory of I was always happy and outgoing.
I will try to explaing the way i feel best to my ability.
I have been struggling with the feeling or being in reality. I am short tempered in most cases, easy to get road raged and dont handle stress too good, very forgetfull and confused.
When i was younger ( now 36) i used to pay attention to walk on the center of tiles, count things along.
In most cases nowadays if i am aware of the things happen around me i can control my reactions to them. I am told several times bout being mean.

i am assuming the reason behind all what is and has happaned is;
i was told when I was about 7-8 yrs old i fell from 8-9 ft height was Unconscious for sometime. It has been couple of years since I have found out that has happened to me and I have no memory of it.
.
I don't remember good amount of my past and have really bad short term memory.
I have always had a high IQ, speak three languages, graduated college etc. I work in sales full time time and function good. But there is that struggle to keep things together, stay concentrated, and being in positive, or happy mood all the time is a little challenging.
In recent years I have more more realized and improved on handling things and everyday living stress. I dont take any kind of medication or vitamins except just started to take omega 3 fish oil gel tablets recently.
I hope what i wrote above is somewhat making sense to someone who can give me an idea what I have been dealing with and put in the right direction to better myself.

Thank you
Savas
