Default How Long Does Your Brain Take to Wake up?

In the morning when I wake up it seems like it takes my brain about a hour to two hours to wake up and get out the house.I am on a sleep schedule from 10pm to 8am but I still get very fatigue? Is it I am sleeping too much now?I am not working or going to school all I do is go to MDs appointments, errands, paperwork, phone calls and just try to keep busy but I get this fatigue and be ready to go to bed by 9 but keep myself up till 10. It is like I went from insomnia to all I want to do is sleep now?

Today was the first day I had fell out and took a nap in I don't know how long!Has anyone else had this experience?I wonder how long this will last?
