I'm about 3 months PCS and I have been doing great this past week. Barely any symptoms other than minor grogginess and feeling a little off. No headaches or foggy thinking or anything like that. Then all of a sudden today I am extremely groggy and got a bit anxious earlier for absolutely no reason. I got 10 hours of sleep last night and did not over-exert myself recently. Is this normal to relapse on some symptoms for no reason? I'm very frustrated because I felt like I was making great progress and now I'm heading back into the wrong direction
