Default BCAA supplement. Please help.

Please help! I'm looking for a BCAA supplement to take. Can anyone recommend one? I also wanted to let you know that I'm taking Kavinace which has B6 Taurine and a 4 amino 3 phenlybutryic acid HCL. This is not the same as BCAA right? I was also wondering if I can take a BCAA supplement with Kavinance? Thank you so much everyone for your support.

You can get a good natural source of BCAA's from pork. NeuroScience Inc. tends to be very big at self-promotion rather than providing the research and science behind their supplements.

Many of the supplements promoted for brain health are more oriented to maximizing brain performance than supporting brain healing. Your brain likely needs a slower approach.
