I've been dealing with lots of sinus issues since I hit my head, and never had them in the past. I also have similar symptoms - pressure and pain in the face, sometimes a dry congested nose, odd popping and clicking coming from somewhere inside my head, ear pressure, headaches.

Try to get a referral to an ENT if you can. I had one do a CT scan of my sinuses and do a nasal endoscopy and he was able to diagnose me with sinusitis. Without these tests it is much harder to really be able to know what is going on.
