Are you taking an antidepressant or other medication? They can contribute to this malaise. They are a Catch-22. You may need them to deal with or survive severe anxiety and depression but they can make the depression manifest in a different way. You have not told us anything about your concussion and any diagnostics or treatment you have received. It will help if you can share more about your situation. We have heard it all. Don't feel like you are dumping on us. That is why we are here and stay around. My best to you.
