Default Started taking Enzogenol for symptoms
Seems to be helping a little after three days. Brain fog a little less and that "inflammation" feeling is a little less. I guess I have to wait 5 or 6 weeks to see full effect.

The study I read suggests it may take 11 weeks to see a difference. That same study has an odd randomization protocol where the placebo group was given the Enzogenol too after 6 weeks. .

Placebo based positive effect has shown to be common in up to 60 % of study participants.

Hi Mark, I am domiciled in New Zealand where Enzogenol is made. *edit*, I see they sell high dose capsules at reasonable prices. I have been taking these for some years for severe Migraine with good results.

It worked within a week but again they were 240mg caps x 4. Migraines subsided to the stage of 1-2 per month compared with every couple of days. I was very happy at the time but now quite routine.

No Brain injury Mark. Have suffered for years with severe Migraine though. As I said earlier I am domiciled in New Zealand and have been taking the product since around 2001. Because it is manufactured here, I guess it went on the market here earlier than elsewhere. Was looking through this website and saw Mark's query. Am retired and 75 years old and do not have a job, nor looking for one either Mark
