Please encourage him to see a concussion clinic doctor. I too cried virtually non-stop after my concussion, but my depression/anxiety started about a week later. Not so sure about the other aberrant behavior, but you should definitely ask the doctor. If he caused damage to his frontal lobe that might indicate changes in executive function and decision making.
