I really believe your issue is poor circulation. If getting up and moving around helps relieve it, it is likely a circulation issue.

Have you ever taken niacin to flush out the capillaries in your skin ? It will be uncomfortable for 5 or 10 minutes but will open up the surface capillaries. A 400 mgs tablet will do it. You can even chew 1/2 a tablet to increase the flushing reaction. Good for the brain circulation too.

it sounds crazy but just getting out of my sleep stupor makes the pain go away. Is there some part of the brain that can cause your pain while you are asleep but not when you are awake. That sounds ridiculous lol but I just don't understand it. are there any chemicals or hormones that are released while you are waking up that could cause pain and that stop surging through your body once you are fully awake

Waking up causes an increase in blood flow. This can be enough to relieve the pain. I swing my arms and legs to get blood flowing and it helps.
