Default Looking for support

Hi everybody. I was rear ended in a traffic light yesterday. I was sent to the hospital and CT showed up clean. I'm convinced my seatbelt prevented a situation that makes this one seem minute in comparison. With that said, the headaches aren't too bad but my anxiety and depression has already taken hold. I'm afraid and scared for the future as the previous episode I went through was less than 8 months ago. Thanks for listening
