Default Help for PCS

I am 15 (male)and banged my head playing basketball on August 2nd

I noticed that I didn't feel the same on the night of August 6th and next day the 7th

My symptoms are
Headache
Nausea (from stressing out, no vomiting)
Depression (NEVER HAD DEPRESSION BEFORE)
Lack of concentration
Fatigued
Lack of interest In tv and movies

This ISNT MY FIRST CONCUSSION.. I had one when I was 4 and it was bad because I had a hebaglobin

I went to the doctor yesterday August 12th and my doctor said that I probley just have a concussion and he told me to go see a sports concussion specialist and I am going there tomorrow August 14th

I am driving myself crazy because one I have never bad depression before and I don't want this to be a permeant thing and I wanna know what I should do to help

I need some reassurance that I will be okay and that this will go away

THANK You!

According to your dates it's only been like a week dude. Takes a few weeks/months to get back to 100% bro.

I noticed when I got my concussion that stressing myself made things a billion times worse(e.g playing video games in tryhard mode).
Just knowing when to take it easy will save you a lot of trouble.
