or do they also help you out and about in the world?
Yes they help greatly with eye fatigue as your eyes are constantly working in overdrive when they can't focus correctly on objects and the tint helps ease this strain. I had no expectation that these glasses would work and the first day noticed how much they relieved my headaches. I was able to ween off amitryptaline after a few months of getting my glasses. There was a 2 week period where I was miserable, but I didn't want to be taking medication long term.

The blue light filters is the same idea but it won't make as a difference as the glasses will. It sounds like voodoo but the science behind it is legit and for me was a life saver.

Those remaining are fatigue, brain freezes/overstimulation, headaches, sensitivity to light and sound. Insomnia is getting better but still an issue, and appetite is ba-ack! Depression and anxiety are largely under control thanks to Lexapro, exercise, and a very distant light at the end of the tunnel.

Drugs: Lexapro, occasional 2-5mgs ambien. Off amatryptaline. Taking about 453 supplements.

Just started vision therapy, waiting on some blue-tinted prism glasses.

I am into my third month of vision therapy - and I am seeing some improvement. I was so lucky to go to a physiotherapist who directed me to the doc in my area.

He did one simple test - it blew me away - indicated problems that no one else had seen - doc, neuro, optomotrist, chiro etc..

If anyone is interested - e-mail me and I will explain the test - you can do it yourself and determine if you have vision problems.

My eyesight was perfect - it was my vision that was not - and not many know the difference and how to test for it.
