Default 6 Months PCS

So it's been 6 months since i fell 10-12 feet and landed on my side hitting the right side of my head on concrete. I do believe my hips and shoulder took majority of impact or i would likely not be typing this today.

My pros are as follows:

Fortunate to be Able to ride a bike for 2-3 miles, do light workouts at the gym, and even play a set of Tennis. Headaches are gone as is most of noise sensitivity (hypercusis).

The Cons are as follows:

I suffer from bad Insomnia post accident.

Still some sensitive when i touch parts of head.

Tingling in my feet at times, does anyone know what this is?

The ringing in my right ear has not gone away.

I'm exhausted and fatigued most of the day yet can still make it to about 10pm-12am. Feels like brain fog, or should i say depersonalization.

Insomnia has been very difficult to cope with. Most of this i attest to Tinnitus in right ear.

So this is where I stand 6 months PCS. I'm really wondering if i will EVER get back my full energy level and edge? Although I'm able to work again and exercise again I'm not where i want to be.

I also understand that after 6 months there is limited hope of full recovery, is this true?

I never really had a chance to shut down and get proper rest because i run my own company and have huge responsibilities. I also blame the insomnia for what feels like a stalled recovery.

any hope or suggestions?

Thanks.
