Ours is Nordic naturals 1000 mg 2 a day.

If I understood it right, the decisive thing is the amount of EPA and DHA, not the amount of omega 3.

In my complete desperation, I started taking 7g omega 3, which consists 4,5 EPA + DHA

I'm with you Griffin. I have started to up the dosage for about a week now in desperation. Have you noticed any effects?

I also found taking lots of B's and Niacin has really improved my mood. I came across research on Niacin and Vit C for mentL illness like schizophrenia and they used high doses to actually cure some patients.

As depression comes with TBI I have found it really helpful in mood enhancement. I take a huge dose 3500 a day and have improved dramatically in many ways. Is it he niacin or the omega 3's or the brain rest? I don't know but like you I was in desperation mode and so am trying it all!
