There are hundreds of different similar compounds sold with lots of claims. The Mag is nothing special. There are a dozen common mag compounds. The Cerefolin Nac is just a mix compounded to sell at higher prices to Alzheimer's patients.
There is nothing unique about them Why are you considering them when you have not started with the basic regimen ? The B-Right is very low in B-12. I'd at least add some B-12 (2500 mcgs of methylcobalamin), D3 and a good calcium/magnesium tablet. Before you start looking at these specialty compounds, you could get a blood test done to check for B-12, folate, D3, mag and calcium as a minimum.
