This is just so weird. I know and I've read and I get it why this is happening but my psyche can't get the hint. Same thing happens to me. Foggy and grumpy- then frustrated at the grumpy and not a fun person go be around.
My peppy upbeat horrray attitude sometimes wants to just say- when will this ever get better! Then I step back and take note of the small teeny tiny microscopic steps and take a nap! =} Parumphh
