I snipped your post --- as a person who gets migraines, that sounds a lot like a migraine to me. There are so many different types of migraines. It doesn't sound as if your arm and leg problems only happen when you have this strange feeling headache, but some types of migraines can affect parts of the body. If they happen at the same time, then maybe look up "paresthesia" and see if the description fits any of your symptoms.
