Default Study shows the value of naps

I have commented about the value of naps during the day as better than just a good long night's sleep based on an non scientific study I had seen. Now, there is a legitimate study that shows the same.

Hi Mark,
Thanks for posting that.
I've always had these very short naps during the day. I call them power naps. Usually only for about 15mins (I note the article said more like 45 to 60 mins) but they really help me get through my days. If I miss a power nap in the day then by dinner time I feel very fuzzy and my vertigo is bad. If I have my naps I do much better.
