Hi Mark,
Thanks for posting that. I've always had these very short naps during the day. I call them power naps. Usually only for about 15mins (I note the article said more like 45 to 60 mins) but they really help me get through my days. If I miss a power nap in the day then by dinner time I feel very fuzzy and my vertigo is bad. If I have my naps I do much better. Last edited by Lara; 03-24-2015 at 12:00 AM. Reason: typo |
