It was suggested that vitamin specific threads should be added to the main board.
I've been taking Vitamin B12 for roughly two weeks. I have noticed some improvement. However, I don't think I can attribute it all to B12. On somemornings I feel really good and have a lot of jump. Should I still take a regular dose of B12 or do you think should experiment with a smaller dose, or perhaps no dose at all on those days? I take 1000mcg daily (500mcg sub-lingual X2)
