Default Mornings worse evenings better

I seem to find the mornings much worse. My posture is good when I sleep and my neck is not an issue.

Also Ive not been doing well lately and rest isn't helping. It's been about a month of almost complete rest. This is the worst I've felt in 2 years. Is this common?

Thanks
