I would be happy to get an oppinion about this. Maybe you have experienced something similar.
Can one get a setback from 1. a very bad sleep over weeks(3-4h max), 2. Inflammination, 3. Excessive thinking that causes pain and you cannot really stop, 4. A very stressfull event, 5. Very high blood pressure for very short time, 6. High bp over longer time, 7. a lot of quick head movements in short time I am talking about a setback not a interruption of recovery. |
